Refund Policy:

Deposits are non refundable. However, if canceled within 48 hours of your event start time we will allow you to use the deposit towards any future orders. Deposits will be non reschedulable after that grace period has been passed.

Travel Fee:

Every order requires a travel fee of 10% of the orders total. The fee covers round trip deliveries within a 20 mile radius from zip code 90038. If your location exceeds the 20 miles, there will be an extra charge of $2 /per extra mile round trip.
